A growing international consultancy is seeking an experienced EA to support partners with executive duties and drive financial projects. This role offers flexibility with a remote option or work from the London office. Responsibilities

  • Provide executive support for 2 partners in Europe.
  • Diary management; Anticipating schedule conflicts.
  • Sending out relevant communication and follow-ups.
  • Supporting tender processes.
  • Liasing with clients and arranging marketing appointments.
  • Setting up first drafts / finalizing contracts.
  • Support in planning and controlling.
  • Assisting with organizing offsites and company events.
  • Assisting with back-office tasks.
  • Ad hoc secretarial tasks as required.

About the Company

We currently have a rare opportunity for an experienced EA with Project Coordination/Management experience to join a growing international consultancy on a remote basis (you also have the option to work at their London office if you prefer). They are an inspiring business and team of people working around the world and with great personal and professional growth opportunities.

About the Role

You will be supporting the two Partners with 25% EA duties (travel, diary, expenses for example) but also drive financial projects, assist with annual reports as well as PowerPoint Presentations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide executive support for 2 partners in Europe
  • Diary management; Anticipating schedule conflicts and prioritizing key objectives
  • Sending out relevant communication and follow-ups
  • Supporting tender processes (exchange with stakeholders)
  • Liasing with clients and arranging marketing appointments with senior stakeholders
  • Setting up first drafts / finalizing contracts with clients
  • Support in planning and controlling (staffing, staff utilization, progress, revenues, invoice scheduling, credentials)
  • Closely support to the Head of HR and other departments
  • Assisting with the organization of offsites and company events
  • Assisting with back-office tasks as required (expense reports for Executives, database)
  • Ad hoc secretarial tasks as and when required by team
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years’ experience working as personal, team or executive assistant
Required Skills
  • Organized and methodical approach, good in structuring and prioritizing
  • Energetic and self-driven, keen eye for areas where to support
  • Strong dedication to quality and an affinity for figures, numbers and spreadsheets
  • Good skills in MS Office (in particular Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
  • Excellent professional communication skills
  • Fluent in English and German
Pay range and compensation package

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
