We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support two C-Suite leaders. This is a fast-paced role requiring exceptional diary management, administrative efficiency, and absolute discretion.

Responsibilities of the Personal Assistant include:
  • Manage complex diaries, meetings, travel, and events
  • Draft correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Act as first point of contact for stakeholders
  • Handle expenses and confidential records
  • Coordinate logistics for corporate events and client visits
The successful Personal Assistant will have:
  • Proven PA experience supporting senior leadership
  • Outstanding organisational and communication skills
  • Strong IT proficiency (Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and work independently
  • Professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
