Overview

Job title: Personal Assistant (PA)

Reporting to: The Employer

Location: Stourport on Severn, Worcestershire DY13

Job purpose: To assist with a variety of tasks which will assist the employer who needs care and support to live their personal and social life according to their wishes and interests.

About the employer: Our client is a 41-year-old female living in the Stourport on Severn area of Worcestershire who is looking to recruit a Personal Assistant to provide support with daily living tasks for 15 hours per week. Our client is diagnosed with ASD, ADHD, OCD and Epilepsy and lives with her 3 young children. Due to serious health conditions our client has limited mobility.

Main duties
  • Personal care: Daily support with all aspects of personal care.
  • Domestic duties: Support with grocery shopping, cooking and serving nutritious meals and snacks, cleaning, changing linen and laundry.

These duties may vary from day-to-day.

  • Specific requirements: Someone with an understanding of Autism. Previous experience would be preferred. Cats in the home.
  • Other: Due to the nature of this role including personal care the potential employer will be considering female applicants only.
Hours and pay

Hours of work: 15 hours per week

Rate of pay: £12.50 per hour Employed rate or £15 per hour Self-Employed rate
