Overview

We are looking for a proactive, organized, personable Personal Assistant to support our lead Chiropractor (clinic owner) to ensure the smooth daily operation of our clinic. The Role
  • Manage the diary, appointments and correspondence of the lead Chiropractor
  • Handle patient communications - phone calls, emails, and in person enquiries
  • Assist with administrative duties including patient records, filing and invoicing
  • Support marketing and community outreach efforts (newsletters, social media, events)
  • Liaise with practitioners, suppliers, and patients to maintain seamless clinic operations
  • Uphold the welcoming and professional environment our patients value
Requirements
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Competent with Microsoft Office and general digital tools
  • Discreet, reliable and detail oriented
  • Experience in health care administration or customer service is advantageous
