Job summary

Overview

Are you a natural organiser who loves staying one step ahead? Do you thrive in busy, fast-moving environments where your support can make a real difference? Our client is looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant to support senior leadership at a growing business.

Responsibilities
  • Manage complex calendars, schedules, and international travel plans
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documents
  • Take meeting notes and ensure follow-ups are tracked and completed
  • Assist with planning and tracking leadership and Board-level actions
  • Coordinate logistics and documentation for key meetings and strategic projects
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all executive records
  • Help manage the setup and smooth running of the office
  • Liaise with suppliers and service providers
  • Support front-of-house duties when required
  • Assist with internal communications, onboarding, and culture campaigns
  • Handle confidential staff information with care and discretion
  • Help coordinate internal events and updates
  • Organise domestic and international travel for leadership and project teams
  • Support logistics for internal events, offsites, and industry trade shows
About You
  • Incredibly organised, reliable, and great at juggling multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidentiality and discretion
  • Experience supporting senior leaders or executives in a busy business environment
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Comfortable using project trackers
  • Willing to travel occasionally if required
