This role will suit a proactive and highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with senior management to support business operations and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and organisational support to the Director.
  • Manage diaries, appointments, travel arrangements, and meeting schedules.
  • Assist with client correspondence, documentation, and reports.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
  • Support with internal processes, project tracking, and communication between office and site teams.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
