Overview

This is a great opportunity for an experienced PA to undertake a full-time temporary role within an interesting environment in a varied position, with a great team passionate about their industry. It is running from the end of September until the end of the year but likely to extend to end of March 2026 and you need to be able to extend to then. You need proven PA skills and experience. Hybrid role (office in city centre).


Job Profile

This role supports multiple stakeholders in the Leadership Team and includes diary management as well as wider admin support for the team including meeting room and travel bookings, drafting agendas, meeting minutes etc.


Responsibilities


  • Providing diary support

  • Providing support to the Manager & Executive Assistant with diary and meeting support for other stakeholders

  • Support on internal and external meetings including scheduling meetings, distributing agendas etc

  • Maintain a clear overview of all activities within the team, highlighting risks, issues, etc

  • Support the gathering, analysing and presenting data for reports, presentations etc


Qualifications


  • Excellent communication skills and able to liaise at all levels

  • Experience of managing busy diaries, arranging meetings and managing minutes

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Very good knowledge of MS Office

  • Experience in government related processes an advantage


Working Hours: Mon to Fri 36 hours per week


Salary: £17.50 per hour


Location: Leeds city centre/hybrid
