Responsibilities
  • Full diary and calendar management, including meetings, appointments, and travel
  • Inbox management and handling key communications
  • Acting as a main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Preparing correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting packs
  • Attending meetings, taking minutes, and tracking actions
  • Managing confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
  • Coordinating board reporting and weekly/monthly reports
  • Supporting special projects and business initiatives
  • Organising events including team building, awards, charity and board meetings
  • Assisting with urgent maintenance issues not covered by facilities teams
  • Expense management, invoices, and basic budgeting tasks
  • General head office administration and monthly ordering
