The Role:

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant who can make their mark and help drive efficiency across both business and personal areas. Here’s how:

  • Manage the MD’s diary, inbox, and day‑to‑day correspondence.
  • Assist with travel, events, and business operations.
  • Handle elements of life admin, scheduling, and household organization.
  • Provide ad‑hoc support across marketing and operations when required.
About You:
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident using digital tools (Google Workspace, Outlook, Shopify or similar).
  • Proactive, trustworthy, and happy working in a fast‑paced environment.
  • No prior PA experience required – attitude, initiative, and reliability are key.
  • A genuine interest in wellness, beauty, or lifestyle brands is a big plus!
