Role: Personal Assistant

Days: Monday – Friday

Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm

Location: Nr Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 gross per annum

Start: Flexible

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Directors of a world-class multidisciplinary arts facility near Chipping Norton. The studio produces internationally acclaimed work across music, fine art, film and TV, technology, ballet, and fashion.

This is a dynamic and fast-paced role suited to someone who is discreet, professional, and thrives in a creative setting. The PA will manage both business and personal affairs, ensuring seamless coordination of diaries, travel, and communications while maintaining absolute confidentiality. You’ll coordinate meetings and often act as the first point of contact for a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

You will also handle personal arrangements for the Directors from household and staff management, events, paying invoices, booking appointments and reservations along with ensuring the studio operates smoothly day to day.

The successful candidate will be confident, adaptable, and calm under pressure when things can change at the last minute. You must be comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a small, dedicated team.
