This highly regarded high-spec residential contractor is seeking an experienced and professional Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to both the Commercial and Construction Directors. Acting as a trusted right‑hand, the successful candidate will handle diary management, meeting coordination, correspondence, and travel arrangements, as well as assist with administrative and operational tasks that ensure both Directors can focus on strategic priorities. Working closely with internal teams, project managers, and external stakeholders, the PA will serve as the first point of contact for both Directors, ensuring communication is streamlined and deadlines are met. The role requires strong organisation, discretion, and an ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment. The position is primarily based in the company's Farnham office, with some travel to the Fulham office to maintain close working relationships and cross‑office coordination.
