Location: Poole (Office Based)

Salary: (DOE)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 5:30pm

We are recruiting for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the CEO of a growing group of companies operating across several sectors. This is a fast-paced, varied role that requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and organisational support to the CEO, including diary and travel management.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare documents and reports, and ensure actions are followed up promptly.
  • Assist with internal communication and liaise with key stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support with projects and business initiatives as required.
