“Please note Capability Scotland isn’t the employer we are only acting on behalf of our client. The client will be the employer.”
Krista is a 50-year-old woman who lives with her husband in Dumfries. Krista has several debilitating health conditions that cause her great difficulty when carrying out daily living tasks and specifically personal care. Krista enjoys spending time with her family and friends and is a very sociable and bubbly lady. Krista is involved in coaching with DG Cheer and contributes whilst in her wheelchair to be able to still be involved in what she loves to do. Krista is a qualified drama teacher at a local high school but is currently working her way back to employment as she has been physically unable to carry out this role as the difficulty with her health conditions has increased. Recruiting a PA would allow Krista to be supported with her personal care and to attend the groups she enjoys but also would allow Krista to return to her employment with the view of having her PA there for support.
