Grade: RCS M
Contract Type: 12 month Fixed Term Contract, full time.
Shift pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, operating standard business hours of 08:00-16:00 (8am-4pm) or 09:00-17:00 (9am-5pm). Flexibility is required for infrequent overnight stays for UK based meetings.
Location: Ryton, Coventry, CV8 3LF (Hybrid)

We're now looking for a Personal Assistant to support numerous Vice Presidents to ensure smooth running of key events, help deliver projects on time, and be prepared to interact with a wide range of senior colleagues.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
  • Organisation of key events: work effectively delivering events on time and to budget. Using proven organisational skills, arrange key events whilst multi-tasking with other responsibilities.
  • Collection of data: use Excel and PowerPoint skills to arrange data in a format that can be used for senior management meetings.
  • Event planning: coordinate participants, communicate details of events and manage attendance, liaise with venues to ensure facilities are available and requirements are met.
  • Collation of data packs for internal and external meetings: arrange required materials in the specified format for meetings. Liaise with participants to ensure content is provided in a timely manner.
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
  • Have dedicated experience as a Personal Assistant or performed similar tasks in their career.
  • Are self-motivated, well-organised, adaptable, and resilient with the ability to respond to challenging priorities with a sense of urgency and pace.
  • Have been customer oriented with excellent communication and organisation skills.
  • Enjoy working on their own initiative, thinking ahead and being proactive with a can-do spirit.
