Are you an experienced Administrator or Personal Assistant with the judgement and discretion required to support senior leadership?
Do you excel at providing structured, reliable support within a busy professional services environment?

Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a professional services business in Bath, as they search for a Personal Assistant to the Managing Partner to provide high-quality, proactive support. This newly created role will work closely with the Managing Partner and, more broadly, support the wider leadership team as required.

This position will suit an individual who brings organisation, professionalism and consistency to a demanding environment. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating with a broad remit, exercising sound judgement, and taking ownership to ensure that commitments are met and standards are maintained.

Whilst PA experience would be beneficial, this could suit a strong administrator who has worked within a professional services environment. You will have proven ability to manage complex and ever-changing diaries while identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes.

DAY TO DAY
  • Providing comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the Managing Partner
  • Managing a complex and frequently changing diary, applying effective prioritisation and judgement
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings, ensuring appropriate preparation, documentation and follow-up
  • Preparing agendas, briefing papers, correspondence and supporting documentation to a high professional standard
  • Acting as a first point of contact, managing communications with discretion, professionalism and courtesy
  • Supporting the Managing Partner with reminders, action tracking and practical problem-solving
  • Drafting, formatting and proofreading documents and presentations
  • Maintaining accurate and reliable systems for filing, document control and record keeping
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and external contacts in a manner consistent with the firm’s values and standards
