Personal Assistant Job Description

Marcilly Recruitment’s client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Founder & CEO of a brilliant, growing creative company. This is an amazing opportunity to join a dynamic company where the growth potential is huge. They are looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and can provide seamless executive support to someone who is at forefront of cultural innovation.

Salary: £40,000- £45,000

Hours: 9.30am-6pm (flexibility out of hours will be required)

Location: Central London

Start date: ASAP but will wait a notice

5 days in the office

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive executive support, including diary management, scheduling, travel arrangements, and inbox management.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, high-profile partners, and creative collaborators.
  • Assist with the management of multiple projects across film, music, live events, and new ventures.
  • Support fundraising, partnership, and investor relations activities by preparing presentations, briefing materials, and follow-up documents.
  • Coordinate with production, creative, and business teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Undertake ad hoc research, reporting, and administrative tasks to support the Founder’s strategic and creative priorities.
Skills and Requirements
  • 2+ years PA experience in a similar environment.
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with experience supporting senior executives, ideally within creative industries, start-ups, or fast-growth companies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to liaise confidently with stakeholders at all levels, including high-profile talent and partners.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, with the ability to anticipate needs and manage shifting priorities.
  • Passionate about film, music, live performance, or culture, with an appreciation of creative entrepreneurship.
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and able to manage sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.
  • Tech-savvy, with strong skills in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital communication platforms.
