What you’ll do
  • Provide full PA support including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements across multiple time zones.
  • Organise complex travel itineraries for senior leaders and help plan logistics for major firm events, including partnership conferences.
  • Prepare and proofread documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office.

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills with a calm, client‑focused approach.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A self‑starter who enjoys variety, works well under pressure, and can use initiative to solve problems.
