Days in Office: 5 days in the office
Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm
Contract Type: Permanent / Full-Time
Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE plus excellent benefits

Company Overview:
We have a new opportunity to join a fast-paced Financial Services firm with a brilliant culture as a Personal Assistant / Office Manager. You’ll be supporting a tight-knit team of 7 in the London office, alongside the MD personally. It’s a varied position combining PA duties with office management responsibilities on an 80:20 basis respectively. The culture is sociable, laid-back, and collaborative making this the perfect opportunity for an experienced, charismatic PA/OM looking for their next home.

Responsibilities:

  • Diary management, scheduling and coordinating meetings/events
  • Booking travel (flights, taxis, conferences, visas, etc)
  • Expenses, invoicing, and liaising with the accountant at month end
  • Office management: healthcare, annual leave tracking, HR admin
  • CRM updates and reporting (including FDA)
  • Supporting colleagues in Vancouver and Toronto
  • IT/facilities requests, new joiner setups, contract renewals (AXA, insurance, telecoms)
  • General admin, conference planning, and ad hoc support to Directors
  • Personal support to the MD (family travel, UK day tracking for tax purposes, general personal duties)

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a PA or Office Manager role
  • Financial Services experience required
  • Organised, Confident and Proactive
  • Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
