About The Role:

A desirable and prominent international architectural practice is looking for a bright, organized and confident Personal Assistant to support a busy Director in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment located in a bustling area of Central London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience who enjoys variety, autonomy, and being the go‑to person who keeps everything running smoothly. You will join a collaborative team environment and will be adept at managing multiple tasks with exceptional attention to detail. This role involves overseeing the complex schedules, diary management, personal administrative tasks and more, requiring a high degree of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage communications with internal and external stakeholders on Director’s behalf
  • Manage the Director’s database in a meticulous and timely manner
  • Manage Director’s diaries with weekly schedules, creating programmes, travel accommodations, booking lunches and dinners
  • Organise meetings, minute taking and record attendees
  • Coordinate and direct conference calls
  • Coordinate admin duties (business and personal), process expenses and holiday requests
  • Other ad‑hoc duties to support the studio/team
Key Skills/Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a similar role within a dynamic and fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Natural attention to detail and highly organised with ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Approachable, with confidence and professional manners towards people at all levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign (advantageous)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team player
