Weare looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic person who has excellentpersonal assistant, organisational, administrative and interpersonal skills,and a high level knowledge of Microsoft Office software, i.e. Outlook, Word,Excel etc.
Youwill need to be organised with the ability to manage competing demands on adaily basis.
Therole involves a wide range of administrative tasks, including diary management,email management and providing a comprehensive secretarial service.

Diaryand Meeting Coordination: Manage complex diaries, schedule meetings, and ensureeffective time management for senior staff.
MeetingSupport: Prepare agendas, take accurate minutes, and follow up on actions tosupport key meetings.
ConfidentialAdministrative Support: Handle sensitive and complex information withdiscretion.
Emailand Workflow Management: Prioritise and respond to emails, support with day to dayissues, and maintain smooth administrative operations.
CollaborativeWorking: Work closely with other Personal Assistants in the SDU to coordinatepriorities, share best practices, and support seamless workflow across theteam.
