THE EMPLOYER IS: MARION CENTRE OF EXCELLENCEAs a Personal Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to the employer or executive you are assigned to. You will handle a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of their professional and personal affairs. This role requires excellent organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Calendar Management: Maintain and organise the employer’s schedule, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Email and Correspondence: Manage and prioritise incoming emails and correspondence. Draft and respond to emails on behalf of the employer, ensuring clear and professional communication at all times.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, such as answering phone calls, managing files and documents, preparing reports and presentations, and handling expense reports and invoices.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and other accommodations. Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure all travel logistics are arranged efficiently.
  • Meeting Coordination: Assist in organising and coordinating meetings, both internal and external. This may include scheduling meetings, preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Research and Information Gathering: Conduct research and gather information on various topics as requested by the employer. Compile and summarise findings into clear and concise reports or presentations.
  • Personal Errands and Tasks: Handle personal errands and tasks as needed, such as grocery shopping, meal preparation, household organisation, and other personal assistant duties.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding all sensitive information and matters related to the employer’s professional and personal life.
  • Retail and Sales: Selling Tedtanic bears at markets/online and assisting the preparation and selling of courses.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role, preferably in a corporate or executive environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software application, such as Gsuite.
  • The ability to handle confidential information.
  • Creative skills in Art and Design and knowledge of how to use a Cricut machine.

The Employer is: MARION CENTRE OF EXCELLENCEJobStart Opportunity - Working Hours Information- Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week.- Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach.- Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability.
