A local employment agency in the UK is seeking a Personal Advisor to provide support to care-experienced young people. This role requires experience in safeguarding and the ability to assist young people in their transition to independence. Responsibilities include developing Pathway Plans and ensuring a person-centered focus. Competitive pay rates between £19.00 - £24.29 per hour are offered.

The Personal Advisor (PA) is a key role within the Children’s Social Care Service, responsible for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of care‑experienced young people. The PA provides essential advice and practical support to young people as they transition to independence. This includes coordinating services, developing Pathway Plans, managing risk, and working collaboratively within a wider corporate parenting team to ensure young people achieve their full potential.
