Role Overview

Cardiff Council is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Adviser to join their Leaving Care Team on a temporary basis. This role is essential in supporting young people transitioning from care to independence, ensuring they receive the guidance, advocacy, and practical support they need to thrive.

  • Employment Type: Temporary (Agency)
  • Start Date: 8 December 2025
  • End Date: 9 March 2026
  • Hours per Week: 37
  • Working Hours: 09:00 – 17:00
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one support to young people leaving care
