Job Role: Recruitment Consultant

Company: Reed Chelmsford - Business Support

Location: 4 & 5, Eagle House Offices, 1, 1a Waterloo Ln, Chelmsford CM1 1BN

Parking: Free parking available

Hybrid working: 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home after the initial induction period.

Salary: £26,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus uncapped bonus earning potential

Hours & Contract: Full time 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday and permanent

What is the role?

Our Chelmsford office is expanding, and we want you to be part of our journey! You\'ll be covering the Business Support (commercial) market across Chelmsford and the surrounding areas for permanent roles.

This is a very warm desk with active clients and candidates but plenty of scope to be further developed and make your own. It has a large geographical patch to cover, so you won\'t be short of opportunities to pursue! You will be supported by an excellent Manager and lots of longevity and experience within the wider team who are great at sharing leads. You will be working in brand new refurbished offices with free parking, plus 1 day working from home once you\'re up and running.

Role Responsibilities
  • Energetic Business Development: Make proactive calls to prospective clients and attend networking events to build long-term partnerships.
  • Client Meetings: Travel to meet clients, understand their unique needs, and offer bespoke recruitment solutions.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Use advertising, networking, and referrals to find the perfect match.
  • Relationship Building: Ensure candidates and clients receive top-notch service and support throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Goal-Oriented Performance: Meet targets, adhere to KPIs, and track your achievements.
