The Best Connection in Pershore, Worcestershire, is seeking an experienced Wide Web Flexographic Printer for a permanent role. The position offers £18 per hour, a 48-hour week, and 4 x 12-hour shifts, with on-site parking.

You will set up and operate a flexographic press, ensure quality, optimise speeds, and troubleshoot issues as part of a skilled production team. This role is based in Pershore and offers a company pension and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years flexographic printing experience.
• Knowledge of lamination, slitting and mounting.
• Good understanding of BRC standards.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
