Two years of customer service experience is preferred. The role offers varied duties from reception to basic admin, with pay £12.71/hour rising to £13.45/hour after probation. Own transport is essential due to rural location.

Permanent Veterinary Receptionist - Small Animal Team

Hook Norton Veterinary Group, OX15 5DG 30, 35 or 40 hrs per week + 1 in 6 Saturdays (7:45am–2pm) £12.71/hr, rising to £13.45/hr after successful probation (higher rates considered for experienced veterinary receptionists)

Hook Norton Veterinary Group is a proud, independent, and well-established practice with expertise in small animal, equine, and farm care. This role is based at our hospital in Hook Norton with regular work at one of our branch sites in either Charlbury or Moreton-in-Marsh.

This is more than just a front desk role, you will play an integral part in a fast-paced, professional environment that values teamwork, compassion, and efficiency.

About the Role
