SEN Teaching Assistant - Permanent, Full-Time

Location: Hertford, Hertfordshire

Salary: £20,000 per annum

Start Date: Within 1-4 weeks (depending on your availability)

Contract: Permanent, Monday to Friday

Eligibility: Full Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship available)

The Opportunity

We Staff Education are proud to be working with a well-established and inclusive SEN school in Hertford. This school provides specialist education for pupils aged 4‑19 years with Autism (ASC), Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD), and Social, Emotional and Communication Needs (SEMH).

As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll be an essential part of a supportive and collaborative team, helping students develop confidence, independence, and key life skills. Each day will bring new challenges and rewarding moments as you work closely with teachers and therapists to ensure every student reaches their potential.
