Job summary

Ideal candidates have NVQ 3 or equivalent, at least 2 years in a similar setting, and strong communication skills to support residents and colleagues. DBS check and UK eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes.
• 2 years’ experience in similar care environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Positive attitude to supporting residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Support care team to deliver high standards of personal care.
• Monitor wellbeing and update care plans and records.
• Assist with medication requirements.
• Supervise staff and support their development.
