Job summary

Vanguard Learning Trust's Ruislip High School is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to support teaching and learning. You will provide high-quality cover across the curriculum, supervise during break and lunch, and assist with a range of duties throughout the school day.

This permanent role offers 36 hours per week, term-time plus INSET days, with salary starting at £26,879.07 and rising to £28,458.83 per year on Scale 4 (Outer London weighting).

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic and highly effective Cover Supervisor candidate.
• IT skills to undertake pastoral administrative tasks.
• English language proficiency to meet government fluency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality cover for lessons and tutorials across the curriculum.
• Supervise breaks and lunchtimes and assist with administration.
• Support pastoral team with administration and duties during the school day.
• Cover the BoT facility and supervise internally excluded students.
