You will be joining a consistent room team, helping to shape a nurturing environment for children aged 0–5. This isn’t just about supervision; it’s about playing a meaningful part in the early development of children through the EYFS framework.

Your Duties Will Include
  • Creating Joy: Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging, age‑appropriate activities.
  • Key Person Duties: Building strong bonds with children and parents, assisting with observations, and tracking progress (full training provided).
  • Care and Routine: Supporting feeding, sleep routines, and personal care with sensitivity.
  • Safety First: Maintaining a clean, safe environment and adhering to safeguarding procedures.
What We Are Looking For
