Qualifications

About the Role

You will work within a consistent room team to support children aged 0-5, contributing to a nurturing, stimulating and well‑organised learning environment. This role offers stability, career progression and the opportunity to play a meaningful part in children's early development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging activities in line with the EYFS
  • Building strong, positive relationships with children, staff and parents
  • Assisting with observations, progress notes and key person responsibilities (training provided if needed)
  • Encouraging independence, communication and early social skills
  • Ensuring children are safe, included and supported emotionally
  • Supporting feeding, toileting, nappy changing, sleep routines and daily care
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and stimulating classroom environment
  • Adhering to all safeguarding and health and safety procedures

Requirements
