Job summary

Premier Inn Scarborough South Bay is hiring a Kitchen Team Member to help prepare, cook and plate meals for guests. You’ll join a busy team, work across breakfast and dinner service, and contribute to a smooth kitchen operation.

No hotel experience is required—training is provided. You’ll be reliable, enjoy teamwork, and be happy to roll your sleeves during busy periods. This is a permanent role with guaranteed hours.

Qualifications

• No hotel experience required; training provided.
• Reliable with a good team mindset and willingness to learn.
• Able to work evenings, weekends and busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients before service starts.
• Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized for the next rush.
• Receive deliveries and manage stock in designated areas.
• Work closely with the hotel team to ensure smooth service.
