Job summary

The Best Connection is seeking experienced forklift operatives for an immediate start in Melksham. This permanent role requires a Counterbalance FLT licence and pays £13.45 per hour PAYE.

Shifts are Monday to Friday with rotating hours 06:00–14:30 and 13:30–22:00. Duties include loading, unloading, storing deliveries, moving materials to the production team, assisting colleagues, and performing general warehouse tasks.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence required.
• Experience operating FLT in a warehouse environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Control the supply of materials to the production team to ensure smooth operations.
• Check, unload, and store deliveries using a FLT.
• Assist the production team when required.
