Dream medical are currently working with a private client who are searching for a Staff Nurse to join their warm and supportive team on the wards. We will be able to consider full or part time for this role.

Our client provides high-quality treatments for our patients and are extremely proud to be rated as Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for our private hospital care. You can get fast access to expert healthcare, from consultations and diagnosis to treatment and aftercare.

The Hospital covers a wide variety of surgical procedures, you will support in assessing patient\'s health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload, assisting in the delivery of care to meet the patient\'s needs. You will actively promote best practice and contribute towards quality improvements, collect collate and organise data, interpret all of the information and make a justifiable assessment, making this available to relevant others.

Duties and responsibilities
  • You will be joining this high performing team of experienced nurses who constantly receive excellent patient satisfaction feedback.
  • Delivering excellent patient care to post-surgical patients.
  • Working on a ratio of 1 nurse to 5 or 6 patients giving you the time to give complete care to your patients.
  • Working across 2 small wards
Who we\'re looking for
  • Be NMC registered - your pin should not have any restrictions or conditions
  • Have a minimum of 2 years surgical nursing experience.
  • Compassionate and able to showcase excellent patient care
  • Strong communication skills
