Job description

Dream Medical are seeking an enthusiastic and positive individual to join our clinical team as a qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join a busy GP Surgery in Southwark. You would be working supporting our team of GPs carrying out acute care.

The successful candidate will be proficient at managing minor ailments and acute conditions and will have excellent communication skills and good IT literacy. You will have previous experience of working in accordance with the NMC Code and experience of working with patients, also knowing how to use System One.

Responsibilities will include:

• Assessment, diagnosis and treatment of acute presentations
• Referring to other members of the primary and secondary health care team

Requirements:

• NMC Registration & Pin
• V100/V300 prescribing qualification
• Proof of immunizations
• Up to date CV
• Minor Illness etc

• Flexible work hours, up to full-time available
• Up to £55,000 per annum (negotiable, DOE)
