Are you an experienced care home manager looking for a varied and impactful leadership role? This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established care provider supporting services across Leicester and the surrounding areas.

As a Peripatetic Home Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring stability, quality, and compliance across multiple care homes. You will provide interim management cover during vacancies or absences, support services experiencing operational challenges, and lead improvement initiatives where required. This role offers autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to make a genuine difference across several services.

You will be a confident and adaptable leader with a strong understanding of CQC requirements, capable of stepping into services at short notice and driving high standards of care, governance, and staff performance.

What we're looking for:
