Working within the perioperative care department you will be supporting the surgical pre‑assessment and the perioperative medicine team by co‑ordinating patients through their pre‑operative journey in the lead up to surgery, liaising with multi‑disciplinary teams in the process. The department is busy and will see approximately 10,000 patients a year with around 30,000 outpatient appointments. Our perioperative medicine team is renowned for its research and perioperative guidance.

We are looking for an individual who is proactive, has an interest in leadership and a background in administration. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office and be confident speaking to a number of stakeholders.
Work flexibly with a combination of onsite and home working once fully trained. Core working hours are Monday‑Friday 8‑4.
