Job summary

The Perfume Shop is seeking a dedicated Sales Advisor to welcome customers with warmth, listen to their needs, and provide expert perfume advice. You will support daily store operations while delivering outstanding customer experiences and working as part of a supportive team.

You will be empowered to help the store meet its targets, participate in incentives, and promote VIP rewards and ongoing customer offers. Training will be provided to build product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn about perfumes and become a product expert.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide great service by listening to their needs.
• Provide perfume recommendations and guidance to customers with training.
• Help the team achieve store targets and participate in incentives.
• Offer every customer a VIP reward card to maximise future offers and savings.
