Royal High Bath is seeking a Performing Arts Technician to support lighting, sound, projection and theatre technologies across lessons, productions and exams.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering technical support across lighting, sound, projection and theatre technologies.
• Ability to source props and costumes and enhance audience experience for productions.
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance in a school theatre environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide lighting, sound, projection and theatre tech support for lessons, shows and exams.
• Deliver high-quality technical input for school productions and events.
• Manage spaces like the recording studio and support music tech assessments.
• Train staff and students in safe use of equipment and contribute to inductions.
• Ensure health and safety compliance including risk assessments and equipment checks.
