As Performing Arts Technician, you will bring the magic of performance to life. • Facilitate and manage specialist spaces such as the recording studio, supporting A Level Music Tech and producing high quality recordings of exams and assessed lessons.
  • Support whole school events requiring lighting, sound and technical setup, both internal and external.
  • Lead on health & safety compliance including risk assessments, PAT testing, equipment checks and ensuring all theatre technologies meet GDST standards.
  • Train and support staff and students in safe and effective use of technical equipment; contribute to induction and ongoing development.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Digital Communications to showcase Performing Arts work across appropriate channels.
