Partners in Performance, part of Accenture, seeks a seasoned manager to lead client engagements across strategy and performance improvement. The candidate will guide a team of senior associates and analysts, ensuring delivery quality and client satisfaction.

You will coach teams, influence senior stakeholders, and drive end-to-end projects while delivering tangible results in a diverse range of industries.

Qualifications

  • Outstanding academic results and a strong quantitative focus in degree studies.
  • University degree or equivalent with emphasis on quantitative skills as described.
  • MBA would be an advantage; double degrees highly regarded.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Senior Associates, Associates and/or Business Analysts to ensure engagement delivery.
  • Coach and manage the client relationship with senior managers.
  • Run end-to-end engagement processes and drive results.

Job description

Partners in Performance Managers play the critical role of leading our engagements. They are adaptable and comfortable working in business improvement, strategic sourcing, capital portfolio optimisation and commercial due diligence in a genuinely broad range of clients and industries. Leading a team of Senior Associates, Associates and/or Business Analysts you will ensure engagement delivery and collaboration, coaching and management of the client also. You won't be handing over your work but will be in control of an end to end process. Background and Experience:

  • Outstanding academic results
  • University degree or equivalent experience with a strong emphasis on quantitative skills, especially:
  • Engineering, Commerce/Economics & Mathematics/Science (While we consider candidates from a broad spectrum of degrees, we place a strong emphasis on quantitative skills studied in commerce, engineering and science-based courses)
  • MBA would be an advantage
  • Double degrees and Postgraduate degrees are highly regarded in our firm
  • Demonstrated passion for results, with a track record of achieving tough targets under pressure
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, including ability to structure and prioritise effort within an area, and ask the right questions to get to root causes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to coach, influence and build trust with senior managers, and achieve results though managing a team, prioritising the professional development of team members
  • Propensity to coach and guide younger consultants to deliver results and work through the line to achieve outcomes
  • Strong communication skills, including ability to construct compelling arguments supported by the right facts
  • Show an ability to influence and effectively multitask and manage expectations/deadlines
