A leading financial services organization in London is seeking a Performance Strategy and Governance Lead to support senior leaders in shaping strategy and performance. This role involves managing engagements, leading governance frameworks, and supporting the COO's objectives. Performance Strategy and Governance Lead
National salary: circa £70,000
London salary: circa £90,000

This role would suit someone with strong organisational awareness, a strategic mindset, and a passion for driving operational excellence. You may be stepping up from a senior business support or strategy role or already have experience working in a COO or ExCo office environment. If you\u2019re politically agile, detail-oriented, and confident engaging with senior stakeholders, this could be the perfect next move.
This is a unique opportunity to join the Group COO Office, supporting the Group Chief Operating Officer and the SLT in delivering high-quality communications, governance, and strategic inputs across Aviva. You’ll help shape and track performance against the COO Scorecard, manage Board and ExCo engagement, and lead on risk and governance frameworks. The role spans strategic planning, communications, and operational oversight, with exposure to ambitious programmes.
