A leading renewable energy company is looking for a Performance & Reporting Lead based in Glasgow. The successful candidate will manage performance reporting and production planning for the operational fleet, ensuring compliance and accurate KPIs. Applicants should have proven experience in asset performance analysis within renewable sectors and strong technical skills in MATLAB, SQL, and Python. As Performance & Reporting Lead , you’ll manage the delivery of high-quality performance reporting and production planning for SSE Renewables’ operational fleet of onshore wind, solar, and battery assets across GB, Ireland, and Southern Europe. Your work will ensure accurate KPIs, reliable forecasts, and compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations—supporting strategic decisions and driving operational excellence.
