The role involves coordinating governance meetings, monitoring performance data quality, and preparing reports. Competitive salary between £48,000 - £52,000 and hybrid working model. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, stakeholder management, and proficiency with Power BI.
Help shape the future of energy.
The way we power our lives is changing. As the UK moves away from fossil fuels and increases clean energy generation, we’ll need significant new infrastructure in order to connect this renewable energy from where it’s generated to where it’s needed. This upgrade is about more than just infrastructure - it’s about securing a cleaner, more sustainable future for everyone.
As a Performance Reporting Analyst, you'll be responsible for supporting project performance reporting at a central level. Your voice will be an important one and you'll ensure the effective implementation of the cascading framework for monthly performance meetings, facilitating timely discussions that are beneficial to project teams. You'll demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail in tracking performance metrics and preparing engaging reports that inform stakeholders.
In this role you can enjoy our hybrid working from office and home. You'll be flexible to regular travel to our Birmingham project office.
A competitive salary between £48,000 - £52,000 - dependent on capability.
As well as your base salary, you will receive a bonus based on personal and company performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%. You will also have access to a number of flexible benefits such as a share incentive plan, salary sacrifice car and technology schemes, support via employee assistance lines and matched charity giving to name a few.

Whatever your role, wherever you work with us, you’ll help us hit stretching targets and achieve our far-reaching goal: to secure, clean energy that supports our world far into the future. Here, you will be at the heart of energy.
This role closes on 24 November 2025 at 23:59, however we encourage candidates to submit their application as early as possible and not wait until the published closing date as this can vary. Interviews to be held early-mid December.
