Job description

Location: Holborn (hybrid working, 3 days a week in the office, 2 days from home or alternative location).

Own the strategy. Shape the spend. Drive the impact.

Are you ready to take ownership of one of the largest marketing budgets in UK hospitality and transform how we plan, measure, and optimise our marketing investment?

We're looking for a Performance & Measurement Manager to join our high‑performing team. This is a unique opportunity to lead the charge in marketing planning and analytics, working across all channels to ensure our spend drives real commercial impact.

About the Role

This role is the heartbeat of our marketing planning and measurement. You'll be the go‑to expert for budget stewardship, media planning, and performance reporting across a multi‑million‑pound marketing budget. You'll work closely with Finance to mature and streamline our processes, and you'll own econometrics and attribution modelling across the Brand.

You won't be tied to any one channel—instead, you'll take a strategic, data‑led view across the full funnel, helping us make smarter decisions and drive high‑intent traffic at scale.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead marketing planning and budget management across all channels, ensuring spend is tracked, reconciled, and optimised.
  • Own and evolve our econometrics and attribution models, using data to guide investment decisions and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with Finance to build robust forecasting and reconciliation processes, and ensure every pound is accounted for.
  • Validate media mix and channel plans using data and insight, making evidence‑based recommendations to senior leaders.
  • Author trading materials and performance reports, presenting complex data in a clear, compelling way.
  • Champion marketing measurement, balancing real‑time analytics with long‑range modelling to guide strategy.
  • Support strategic initiatives, calculating commercial impact and providing insight to influence decision‑making.
Integrated Marketing Measurement Frameworks & Econometric Modelling (Offline and Online Channels)
  • Evidence of designing, implementing, and evolving robust marketing measurement frameworks that encompass both offline and online channels, balancing real‑time analytics with modelled data (e.g., econometrics, MMM).
  • Experience required in managing the end‑to‑end process for data collection, validation, and reporting across all media types, and in applying insights from deterministic and modelled data to inform channel mix and budget allocation.
  • Evidence of collaborating with analytics, finance, and channel teams to embed measurement best practices and drive continuous improvement in marketing effectiveness.
Commercial Impact Analysis & Budget Management
  • Evidence of managing large‑scale marketing budgets (e.g., day‑to‑day tracking and monthly reconciliation of an £50M+ budget), including cost management, forecasting, and financial reconciliation.
  • Experience required in quantifying the commercial impact of marketing initiatives, promotions, and investment scenarios, and in providing actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Evidence of partnering with finance and commercial teams to ensure marketing spend is optimised and aligned with business objectives.
Insightful Reporting & Strategic Influence
  • Evidence of authoring and presenting high‑quality marketing performance reports and trading pack content for a range of stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Experience required in synthesising complex data from multiple sources, providing clear commentary and recommendations, and influencing strategic decisions on media mix, channel planning, and budget allocation.
  • Evidence of driving process improvements in reporting, ensuring outputs are accurate, visually compelling, and universally understood.
Why This Role?

We don't just run campaigns—we build strategies that shape the future of hospitality marketing. You'll be part of a collaborative, forward‑thinking team that values innovation, precision, and impact. If you thrive on data, love solving complex problems, and want to make a real difference, this is the role for you.
