Join Eteach Group and help shape the future of recruitment marketing in education. We’re looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, run, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more. You’ll work directly with clients (multi-academy trusts and schools) to drive candidate attraction, job applications, and ROI. If you’re an experienced performance marketer (ideally with agency experience), ready to make a real impact - we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive paid marketing strategies for education candidate generation for our clients
• Serve as the paid media expert and primary point of contact for clients
• Own and manage the paid budget to ensure optimal performance and profitability
• Drive continuous optimisation of campaigns to improve conversion rates and reduce cost per click
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to support creation of proposals, live pitches, and marketing collateral – for new and existing customers
• Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations in client meetings
• Create new paid media opportunities for revenue generation

Essential Requirements

3-5+ years of hands‑on performance marketing / paid media experience, ideally in an agency environment

• Proven track record of managing and optimising campaigns across several major paid media platforms
• Management of multiple campaign budgets
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GA4 and data visualisation tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Desirable Requirements

• Certifications in paid media platforms
• Experience with additional platforms such as Snapchat, Twitter / X Ads, Reddit Ads
• Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems
