A leading experiential events company in London seeks a Performance Marketing/Paid Social Marketer to manage and optimise paid campaigns. Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience)
Full-time, Permanent | 5 days in the office (non-negotiable)

We’re looking for a creative, highly driven, and data‑led Performance Marketing/ Paid Social Marketer to join our growing team. You’ll take ownership of planning, executing, and optimising paid campaigns across our portfolio, with a major focus on Meta Ads (expert-level required), analytics, creative testing, and performance optimisation. This is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves blending creativity with numbers, and wants the autonomy to take charge from day one. Please note: This is an in-office role, Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm. Remote or hybrid working is not available.
