Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager

Location: Remote - UK HOURS

Salary: R30 000 to R40 000 (based on experience)

The Company is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing and a proven track record of driving measurable results through various online channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing strategies across multiple channels including PPC, display, social media, and email marketing.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and optimization opportunities to maximize ROI while minimizing costs.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality ad copies and visuals that align with the brand’s messaging.
  • Monitor relevant metrics and KPIs and prepare reports to communicate performance trends and insights to stakeholders.
  • Conduct A/B testing on various campaign elements to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to innovate and improve performance marketing initiatives.
  • Manage budget allocation for different channels, ensuring effective use of resources to meet targets.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales and product teams to ensure alignment with marketing goals.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior marketing team members.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or in a similar role with a strong emphasis on data-driven marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in utilizing marketing analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others.
  • Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • 5+ years’ hands-on experience running Google Ads & Shopping campaigns in ecommerce.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow £10k+ monthly ad budgets.
  • Strong knowledge of Merchant Center, product feeds, and catalog management.
  • Comfortable with GA4 and reporting tools.
  • Experience with Shopify and/or Prestashop is a plus.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial.
