Rhinox is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Specialist to own paid advertising across the UK and US. You will manage Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Paid Social with a commercial focus, testing new channels and optimizing spend.

You will work with technical product catalogs, large feeds and ecommerce journeys, deliver clear performance insight, and collaborate with Marketing, Content and Design to drive revenue.

• Own day‑to‑day paid media activity across UK and US, develop strategies and manage budgets.
• Lead Google Ads, Shopping and Performance Max; manage brand/non-brand activity and campaign experiments.
• Oversee Microsoft Advertising and Paid Social; test new channels and optimize spend.
• Manage ecommerce feeds with Google Merchant Center, product data and feed health.
• Measure performance with GA4 and first‑party data; ensure accurate attribution and reporting.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Ecommerce and Design to launch campaigns and analyze results.
