Performance Marketing Executive (12m FTC)

About the role

As Performance Marketing Executive, you’ll be at the heart of executing campaigns across multiple brands and markets. You’ll support the Performance Marketing Manager in campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting, ensuring our paid efforts are tightly integrated with organic content and influencer strategies. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, multi‑brand environment and is passionate about performance data and digital storytelling.

Responsibilities
  • Implement paid social media campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google) for brands like Birds Eye, Findus, and Goodfella’s.
  • Set up platform‑specific formats (Stories, Reels, Feed posts) and ensure correct targeting and segmentation.
  • Coordinate with organic content and influencer teams to align paid amplification with broader brand narratives.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and flag under‑performing assets for review.
  • Support A/B testing and creative iteration based on performance insights.
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track boosted vs. organic content metrics.
  • Work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager and Head of Performance Marketing to ensure campaign consistency across markets.
  • Liaise with offshore teams for campaign setup and reporting support.
  • Partner with Community Managers and Content Creators to ensure paid content is timely and relevant.
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in paid media campaign execution, ideally within FMCG, retail, or multi‑brand environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other paid platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Familiarity with campaign reporting tools, dashboards, and performance metrics—especially in distinguishing paid vs. organic impact.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns across different markets, with attention to cultural nuances and localisation needs.
  • Comfortable working in matrixed teams and collaborating with offshore support for campaign setup and reporting.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail—able to manage timelines, assets, and approvals across brands.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for digital marketing, consumer behaviour, and performance optimisation.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders, creative teams, and external partners.
